I had a lovely stay at a tastefully decorated hotel with excellent service. The staff at Flora were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the comfortable rooms provided a great night's sleep. Although the rooms were small, it wasn't an issue since I spent most of the day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and attentive staff.

The rooms were quite small, especially the bathrooms. The shower was barely big enough to turn around in.

They are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms have a nice touch with a great view of the garden. The beds have fabulous linens and are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast at this hotel is delicious. There are wonderful homemade pastries and the cappuccino is very good. It's a great way to start the day and it's included in the room rate.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it had everything we were looking for. The hotel is in a superb location, right on the waterfront but removed a bit from the activity of the ferry landing. This made it easy for us to explore all the wonderful sites nearby, including St Marks Square. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great, with a nice bar and outdoor seating area. The breakfast each morning was superb, and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
